NatSheets is a privacy-focused web-based platform that enables users to analyze and visualize spreadsheet data through natural language conversation. Our Service processes spreadsheet data entirely within your browser, ensuring that your actual data never leaves your device.
3.1. When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage the use of strong passwords and recommend not reusing passwords across different services.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username, password, or any other breach of security.
4.1. NatSheets offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.
4.2. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your selected plan (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for these recurring payments.
4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4.4. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to billing periods after the notice.

7.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sheets Assist and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership rights over the spreadsheets or data you analyze using our Service.
7.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit permission. You also may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
8.1. In no event shall NatSheets, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

NatSheets does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NatSheets and its licensees, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms through our Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
